For the last fourteen years originating loans, I have had the privilege of building a network of top professionals in every field involved in the loan process: attorneys, accountants, Realtors, and home inspectors.  This assures my clients will receive 'smooth sailing' in every aspect of the loan process.

 

At Seacoast Mortgage, Team 1 is comprised of working partners whose work experience in the mortgage industry spans some 65 years. Allen Swider, Operations Manager, oversees the flow of the loan process from start to finish. Lisa Hall processes loans and prepares the closing packages, coordinating last minute details with the closing attorney. Lisa Holstein interacts with our various lenders and clients to successfully bring your loan to a timely close, making the process "smooth sailing" for each and every client.
